GOLIDE Content Engine
Privacy Policy
Effective 30 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the owner-operated GOLIDE Content Engine accesses, uses, stores and protects Google and YouTube data.
Application and operator
The GOLIDE Content Engine is private infrastructure operated for the G$LIDE YouTube channel. It is not a public consumer application and does not offer user accounts to third parties. Questions may be sent to esiahsbusiness@gmail.com.
Google data accessed
After the channel owner grants permission through Google OAuth, the application may access the connected YouTube channel identity, videos, upload and scheduling status, and channel or video performance analytics. Analytics may include views, engagement, audience retention, subscriber changes and revenue information when YouTube makes it available.
How the data is used
- Verify that automation is connected to the intended G$LIDE channel.
- Upload approved videos privately and schedule their publication.
- Read performance analytics for reporting and content feedback.
- Diagnose failed authorized publishing or analytics operations.
Google user data is not used for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance or unrelated profiling.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored as private infrastructure secrets. Analytics are stored in a private repository database accessible only to the operator and authorized automation. Secrets are not included in the public website or public source files.
Sharing and sale
Google user data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Limited processing may occur through infrastructure providers solely to run the authorized application, subject to their security and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only while needed for authorized publishing, analytics, security and operational records. The channel owner may request deletion by contacting the address above. OAuth access can also be revoked from the Google Account security settings.
Google API Limited Use
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
YouTube terms
Use of YouTube data is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy and YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
